My name is Steve Silvey, licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Functional Nutrition Informed Professional, online health coach and President of Silvey Consulting. I have more than 20 years experience and post-graduate training. I specialize in helping active people ease & manage spinal, joint, muscle, tendon or ligament pain. Easing your daily activities with nutritional guidance and physical performance through online coaching/programming from the comfort of your home or office.
